    Hi. I need some help. My son used to have Xbox live. I ended the subscription. Now he has ps4. I ended the subscription about a year ago. I have just noticed they are still taking money from my account each month!! How do I contact them to end this and get
    a refund??

    Sorry about that! you'll have to call into support to get the refund taken care of and to make sure it's stopped going forward. US number: (800) 469-9269

    I've cancelled my subscription a month after I ordered it in October 2012. I have asked multiple times to cancel my subscription, and it's not showing up on my account. However, on my credit card statement, it says each month you guys keep charging me for
    an xbox music subscription. I've been notified it's been cancelled twice now, and haven't received any refunds in my paypal account yet.



    PLEASE stop charging me!!!! It's been a year! I don't know how to fix this issue and I've tried live support chat!

    If you only know the gamertag, but do know some of the payment details on the account. You can contact Xbox Support via
    support.xbox.com/contact-us they will aks a few questions to verify if you are the rightfull owner, and if you succeed in answering them correctly they will specify the email address.

    If you have the email address and still don't know the password you can try to reset it via the steps on this link:
