Discus and support Billing error in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have change the paying the subscription from monthly to annually since October 9th, 2016. My subscription should be renewed on October 9th, 2017.... Discussion in 'XBoX on Consoles' started by XiaoSun1990, Oct 21, 2016.

    I have change the paying the subscription from monthly to annually since October 9th, 2016. My subscription should be renewed on October 9th, 2017. However, microsoft surprisingly charges me for one more month on October 21st, 2016. It looks like that after
    I have paid for one more year, it continues charges me every month. That is unacceptable and annoys me. Please correct your mistake and return the money for the latest order. I am really disappointed about this. And here is my order history. The monetary unit
    is HK $.

    Hi, I've received three emails (24/06, 28/06 & 01/07) telling me xbox live is unable to charge my credit card for a gold subscription and I need to update my payment information to avoid interruptions or reactivate my account. I also have an email from 14/06
    that explains renewal of my gold subscription was successfully renewed and expires 14/06/2015. I've checked my billing history and it shows a payment made for the same period. Can you please stop these emails saying I need to update my payment information?

    Click on Request A Call and type in a few lines explaining your issue and you will get called back quicker than if you waited in queue on hold.

    First question: WHY? Why would you do a search for an available gamertag if you did not intend to truly OWN it when it was actually available? Second question involves the controller you used, more specifically: Does your left thumbstick move on its own?
    Because I know for a FACT that in order to make a purchase you must use it.
