I have changed paying the subscription from monthly to annually since

October 9th, 2016. My subscription should be renewed on October 9th,

2017. However, microsoft surprisingly charges me for one more month on

October 21st, 2016. It looks like that after I have paid for one more

year, it continues charges me every month. That is unacceptable and

annoys me. Please correct your mistake and return the money for the

latest order. I am really disappointed about this. And here is my order

history. The monetary unit is HK $.

hi, I have a problem. I tried to sign 1 month live gold but was giving error, I was trying to buy and it still fails. modified several times the data of the credit card. But for every time the data changed or updated, I was billed in R $ 2.36 at the end
of it ended up being at a loss of R $ 18.88 and could not in any way my live gold subscription. And now? stay with this injury? what you can do about it?

 

Hi, I've received three emails (24/06, 28/06 & 01/07) telling me xbox live is unable to charge my credit card for a gold subscription and I need to update my payment information to avoid interruptions or reactivate my account. I also have an email from 14/06
that explains renewal of my gold subscription was successfully renewed and expires 14/06/2015. I've checked my billing history and it shows a payment made for the same period. Can you please stop these emails saying I need to update my payment information?

if you recieve These Kind of emails, they are automated notifications because there is an issue with your account, its in your interest to let xbox Support check the Status of your payments.

 

Exactly as above. In all cases of billing issues you would need to contact phone support to get it sorted.

I was about to confirm the purchase of an add-on(TWD:400days), but then I've dropped my controller and it turn off, so the "confirmation's menu" close and cancel the confirmation. I've recieved a confirmation bill in my e-mail, but if I go see on the add-on
it still remains at 4,99$. Then I go see how much cash I've left and yes, I bought it. It's like a just threw 5$ away...

Microsoft, can you please help me fix this problem?

 

I purchased a 12 month xbox live gold plus + 1membership. I loaded the code on line 7/27/2014 to pay my membership thru 8/27/2015. My problem yesterday 8/21/2014 grandsons log received a message that your membership has expired. How can this be right. What
happened to the $59.99 card and code I purchased and loaded less than 30 days ago. I had to go on line and load another purchase to get my grandson on line. Fix this billing problem and give me credit for membership now out to a least next 24 months or two
years???????
