    I contacted a representative, 9.99 was billed to a card, which should

    not have been, it was supposed to be Gold. She said that the money would

    be refunded. It was never. Its still on the bank statement, so I am

    telling the bank it's not legit, especially since the service was

    revoked. Then, I bought a month for 1.00. I cannot chat or do anything

    on the gold. I have spent, in addition to this help, hours on my own

    trying to rectify the problem, to no avail. This is absolutely

    ridiculous. I want my time and aggravation compensated for, by having

    the discounted rate for X box Gold, for 34.99, or come December I am

    joining the PlayStation family.     And despite what I was told, or I should

    say mislead, blown off or lied to directly, I know such discounted

    services can be done. Especially because of all these backwards charges,

    for which NO SERVICE has been provided. Perhaps Microsoft will be

    responsible for any and all Bank of America related charges as well

    Turns out after chat, the representative said that 9.99 was refunded, but I cannot verify that with the bank at the moment. This is extremely frustrating and aggravating, and all I am asking for is fairness. I don't think a $25.00
    discount will deal a swift blow to Microsoft fourth quarter earnings.

    Please let me know as soon as possible at the email bellow. I have spent WAY too much time on this trivial issue.

    Cannot request a deposit, billing information error

    Hello Er Buggato,

    Due to your spending in multiple regional currencies, our deposit failed because at the time we attempted our deposit, your Rewards Account region was set to Italy, and your Microsoft Account was using HUF, the regional currency of Hungary. Since we cannnot
    deposit Euro into a Hungarian account, the deposit failed. In order to make sure your deposit completes successfully, you will have to keep your Microsoft Account and Rewards account regions in the same location.

    How do I request a refund for a game that is free for live gold but charged?

    Hi there,

    You may go to https://support.xbox.com/en-US/billing/payment-and-purchases/request-refund and request your refund through there.

    Once there, follow the instructions and on the third page, select "I found an error with my bill".

    On step four, Step 4: Billing error, select yes.

    On step five select request refund.

    You will need to be logged in to your Microsoft account and the order number for the item that you would like refunded. Make sure to be specific in the description box.

    Greetings, StarThornhill! You do have the ability to turn off auto renewal at this time. For steps how to do this, check out this support article titled "Cancel
    your Xbox LIVE Gold Membership    " and read the top section titled "Turn off auto renewal".
