Billing email

We need to make sure that the email was added to the account properly. Did you

update the email address associated with your Microsoft account or did you update it under your

Account security Information? Make sure the email is in none of these.

How long ago did you make these changes?

Thanks for coming to the forums with the issue of changing your email. You can follow this

guide to change the email. Note "if the email you are wanting to remove is a Microsoft email, due not delete it from the account completely. Leave it on the account as a secondary. Let us know how it turns out.

Think I have sorted it found an old email hiding in the account security section along with an old phone number Will find out when next bill comes!.

Thanks for the advice,but maybe I didn't explain myself properly. Everything is fine with primary email. However billing insit on sending emails to the old one not the new one, only I can't remove it because I can not find it listed!

Make sure you set the new email on your account as the primary address as well.
