    Hi.

    I'm trying to buy Civilization Revolution from the online store, but it won't let me. First I'm told I have no valid payment option (which I do), and then it sends me to a billing information site in Microsoft Edge, but here I'm not allowed to change the
    country of billing. Only option avaliable is the UK, where I don't live and never have. So there seems to be no way I can use the web store from no one. Help?

    Hi!

    I'm a guy from Norway who is trying to get Saints Row 4 (XBox 360) on my XBox one.

    When I do that I have to type in my billing contact information for XBox Live. When i get there, it automatically goes to
    United States under country/region and I don't get an option to change this. No matter what I type in I get the message "uh oh... that shouldn't have happened. It appears you've found a glitch in the system". What can I do?

    Fyi if you set your console region to us or uk for English conext that would be why

    Fyi when you migrate your account region you must also change your account region appropriately to your new region to download the content

    Also it's not recommended you change it back after without using the migration tool as it does cause split billing and issues with downloading future 360 content

    For the best experience with xbox live your account region and console region and actual region has to matcb

    If you are under 90 since creation of your account there is nothing you can do until 90days

    You will have to talk to your government As it is a legal issue not a technical one

    You will have to create a new account

    I had the same problem with my google and paypal accounts and both of them could be changed with some security handshake, and both of them have money involved so this is possible, if XBOX/Microsoft guys don't want to solve this one is because they don't
    want to do it... that's it.

    It's sad to know this is not going to be solved, and also for them, they're losing money with this restrictions, if we don't have possibilities with XBOX what's the solution, to buy a Playstation?
