Billing Charged in Error

I have just received an email from Microsoft saying my Xbox Live subscription is about to be renewed and my card will be charged. I don't own, nor never have, an Xbox and I have not purchased Xbox Live. I certainly don't authorise any payment for this service.
The email says I can find details in the orders and billing info pages but there is nothing there. I have only been given this support site to ask questions. I need Microsoft to provide me an email address to contact (I don't have time to sit in a chat queue).

Don't know why you have charged me

You'll want to check Sign in to your Microsoft account and it should show you what you've been charged for. If you do see an error, you'll want to contact support and speak to billing. Contact Us | Xbox Support

Got charged twice for DMC Collection

I tried to buy the DMC HD Collection and got an error code saying my billing information was locked then checked my email and saw that it did get purchased. I went back to try to download it and it charged me again and got another email receipt. Is there
any way to get that second $14.99 that I was charged back?

If I remember correctly going to your profile account let's say it's through Outlook, you can remove the credit information from there. How come you get now 3 months of subs paid back if you have ben trying to do this for 2 years in a row though?

Thanks for reaching out to the forums today. I understand you're currently being charged for Xbox Live Gold and Game Pass but can't see it subscribed to your account.
If you have multiple Microsoft accounts associated to your payment option, I suggest for you to sign in to each of your Microsoft accounts to review the purchase history.
Follow the steps in the View your Xbox purchase history online section so you can compare their purchase
history to your bank or credit card statement.

For any billing or subscription issues, I recommend to contact Customer Support
The best way to request a call back from a member of our support team is from the Contact Us section on the bottom of any of our support pages.

Sign in at xbox.com.
Select Contact Us.
Choose your category. (In this case, Xbox One.)
Select "No Thanks" when presented the virtual agent.
Pick a topic. ( see my purchase history)
Select to Request a call from Support.
