    Hi all,

    I recently (about 2 hours ago) bought a 1 month Xbox live membership (unsure about the status of it) to play gta 5 online.

    I was playing for maybe an hour and a half when I began to experience some problems with the 'permissions' of my Xbox Live account. I then researched a few things and it told me to make sure all my family setting were off, allowing me to play an 18+ explicit
    content game. I have done so and yet I am still unable to play.

    I have also noticed since then, because I looked at my Xbox Live account, that under Transactions, it looks as though I haven't bought anything, as well as when I go onto Subscriptions I have the option to buy an Xbox Live membership, should this be available
    if I have just purchased one?

    Any help or direction would be extremely appreciated

    microsoft billing but not giving

    Ok two things if the 2 dollars was 1dollar transactions that is validation transactions

    If you check billing.microsoft.com does it show the purchase ?

    If not then it didn't pass validation

    You must register billing info matching your region

    And enable online transactions and reoccurring charges

    Also you can call support and they will work with you to work out billing issues

    Please check commerce.microsoft.com to see if you paid for and purchased a Gold membership because right now you are showing as Silver.

    If you believe that you have fully paid for a membership and have not received it you will need to contact phone support for more assistance. 1-800-469-9269

    Thank you for reaching out to us on the Forums and sorry to hear that you are running into this billing issue. If you look under your accounts

    Order History
    do you see both transactions? If you do see the duplicate transactions then I would advise that you

    Request a Refund
    for the duplicate charge. If you see that one of the transactions is showing up as failed, then I would wait a couple of business days, It could be possible that the transaction will roll off on your banks side as the transaction has failed.

    They gave me the refund but it was taken out my account straight after
