Discus and support billing adress (PLEASE HELP) in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; hello, irecently got my debit card to buy xbox live gold. i live in egypt and sadly in xbox there is no egypt in the country select. can anyone help...     Error message 80151012 - can't download my xbox profile onto my other xbox.

    I have tried resetting the password, and changing the billing account adress to the other one, but nothing is working. Please help!!!

    How do I change my billing country?

    Originally Xbox.LIVE was not in South Africa so I used a friends adress in the states, now I want to change my billing country but it wont let me. Please HELP!!!

    I'm , a new ambassador. As far as I am aware, no mail/bills will be sent to you from Microsoft, unless you enter contests, or request samples (this is possible through some of their ads). I do not recall ever receiving any physical mail from them,
    e-mails are another story (as they send you promotional material), but I don't recall receiving mail from them without entering a contest or requesting something.

    May take up to a month, then u will have a outstanding fee. Im guessing you are a US costumer which means the number is 18004myxbox . You can also update your credit card on this site.

    (If anyone see's your post and says they are a member of Support and ask for your credit card info, please do not give it to them)

    click your country at the top left

    and select your country

    then select support
