I've been getting the billing address is not correct issue, preventing you from depositing credits. The address is correct though.

Your billing information would have to match your account region. In order to download certain games your account region has to match your physical location. So you will run into issues downloading content since you are not actually in Canada.

My console along time ago suffered the red ring of death. I sent it off to Microsoft for repair and received a replacement unit. Since I received the unit when I have tried to join x box live and add my billing address the setting are all USA. So cannot
complete my setup as the only cities to register in are American ones and it asks for a zip code??? I live in the uk. Is this due to the fact that the replacement unit has been registered in the states?? Can I do anything about this? Is there a setting that
I can change that I have missed? Any help would be appreciated as this is very frustrating

 

Hi kAlal00. Your Rewards locale and your Xbox Live locale does not match and this is causing deposits to fail. Your Rewards locale is US, and your Xbox Live locale is not. To change your Rewards locale to your current Xbox Live locale, you'll need to opt
out of the program, wait 48 hours, and re-enroll. Once you do so, reach out to us again and we'll recover your pending Credits.
