    I tried to buy battlefield 4 premium with a $50 card and it says to pay the rest of the money on a card so I tried to do it and It keeps saying something went wrong

    I'm sorry but that still doesn't help us here as only phone support has full access to the error codes that are available. Give them a call and they should be able to help you out.

    Sorry you're having this issue. To make sure you get the proper help, I went ahead and split this thread into its own.

    To clarify, you are getting the error code in the title when it says that something went wrong, correct? If not, what error code are you getting?

    I'm getting it too. I try to buy something with my card and it says 'something went wrong'. I looked it up on xbox.com on my account and the last few transactions I tried to make with my card are declined. I am 100% sure that I have the enough money to purchase
    what I tried to. I then asked and used my mums and it worked. I'm 100% sure that its not Age related and its not to do with insufficient funding.

  6. I'm having this problem with Paypal. Any other payment method I try just gives me an error code related to an Xbox One purchase error, which is weird because I'm trying it on a PC and a 360. It must be a problem on Microsoft's end because I've never had
    this problem and I've been using the same payment methods for over a year.

    This thread is a bit older and the issue each of you have been experiencing may differ to that of the OP's post. I would recommend creating a new thread indicating the issue you may be experiencing with as much detail as possible, as well as, the error code
