    Hi

    I have tried to purchase/download Lego marvel superheroes during the big sale event. Using the account on my xbox that has the gold membership.

    A number of times the download has failed to complete. When it did apparently complete. The game was nowhere to be found!

    When I tried to find the game using a second profile on the same xbox, I was offered to 'download again' as this game had already been purchased.

    i tried to download again, using the second profile - the download bar started at 60% - suggesting that the game had not been downloaded fully in the first instance.

    at no point did it provide a cost for the download or ask if the billing information was correct?

    However, I have now been charged a second time for the same game, on the same console. once I realised that I had been charged again, I cancelled the download At 65%

    What are my chances of getting a refund for the second charge as, as far as I can tell, all I was offered was to re-install!

    Billed twice for one game purchase

    I was billed twice for EA access so instead of just thirty dollars I was billed 60 dollars

    Billed twice?..

    As this is a billing issue you would need to contact support as they are the only ones who can deal with billing issues.
