Billed twice

I have been billed twice for my Xbox live subscription once by paypal and once on my card both £39.99 transactions have been taken from my bank account How do I get a refund ?????????

Says that I have to tell Microsoft within 120 days and "if" there is an overcharge will take 90 days for a refund

Takes seconds to take it but 90 days to refund

My xbox live account has been on a rolling month to month subscription (No idea why as i've had it since 2008) but anyway, i've been billed twice on 2 separate days this month. I'm trying to find out who to get in touch with to find out why but to no avail.
I've been through the Microsoft support system and that is nothing short of bloody useless sending me round and round in circles. I'm slightly concerned that my details have been hacked. Can anybody help with what to do?

Have you tried contacting xbox support via the phone?

The time it takes to go back is up to the bank, not Microsoft. It usually only takes seconds for Microsoft to issue the refund too, but it takes the bank longer to actually do it for some reason.
