    This is unacceptable from microsoft.

    bought PES21 for xbox, have been charged twice for the game and refused refund

    i would glady accept store credit just to make refund easier.

    there is no one i can email to sort this out.

    i just bought the DLC for call of duty advance warfare which is 14.99 and it said i was block from purchases but i still got charge the 14.99.

    No sure exactly why this is happening. I managed to get connected to Xbox Support and the guy said that I have incorrectly been billed twice for Skate 3, so I will get a refund. This is after I gave him my Xbox Gamertag, and he stated that this does not
    normally happen, as this is probably an error in the billing service. He said I should be refunded the money soon. If I was you, I would try and get through to them as this seems to be the most simple way to get your refund for the game. I am just waiting
    to get my money back now.
