Billed twice for one game purchase

Hello, I have a 360 and I live in Belgium.

I just purchased Mirror's Edge on the Xbox Market but the first time I downloaded it, it gave me an error message. I tried again a few minutes later and it worked. The problem is that I checked my Paypal account and I have been billed twice for the game!

You may have better luck calling them at 1-800-4MY-XBOX it you are in North America. Keep in mind, please, that this thread is an old one. You should always start your own threads instead of posting in old ones.

This likely happenened because you went to the Marketplace on your console to download the game after purchasing it on xbox.com. When you purchase something on the web site, it gets placed in a queue to be downloaded onto your console once you turn it on
and login. You should contact support using the following link and explain the situation to them if you wish to ask them for a refund.

I was billed twice for EA access so instead of just thirty dollars I was billed 60 dollars
