Billed one month early ...

I have my card set up to automatically pay for my xbox live subscription every 3 months, my last payment for $27.03 was made on August 3rd so my next is not due until November 3rd, but when I looked at my bank account today I see that Xbox charged my account
and renewed my subscription an entire month early. Im a little irritated, especially since Xbox makes it absolutely impossible to get in touch with customer support to get this resolved. I had to submit a refund request over the internet, so God only knows
if the issue will actually be taken care of. Has anyone else ever experienced this ? This is the first time Ive ever had this problem and Ive been a member for years

Getting billed to recently.....

I signed up for the month to month billing and I am getting billed before the month is even up... I was putting money in my account today to prepare for the billing which is supposed to happen in a few days, rather than yesterday. Due to the early billing
from xbox live, I was fined $35 from my bank because I didn't have a sufficient amount of funds in my bank account......

Now here is what I am talking about....

I was billed:

6/17

7/10 - early billing 23 days later (what I got fined for)

Next billing is supposedly on 7/28 - That's only 18 days later.

 

Auto Renewal Issue!

Ive noticed that billing billed me 9 days early on the first month after getting Xbox live. On the second month I was then billed 10 more days early. Now it is a total of 19 days early!!!

I tried to cancel the subscription but because it was a secured card your site would not allow it to be cancelled. It wasn't even due!!!! Now, I added money for a bill and you all took it! I haven't been on the game in months and don't plan to. I like my
PS4 better. I see people having the same issue and we want our money back! Maybe a class action lawsuit is in order?
