Billed incorrectly for Xbox live

I suggest you contact HTTPS://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us at the virtual agent select see other options and then pick billing, then select show contact options
and request a callback. If the amount isn't showing up on your Microsoft account it could be fraudulent activity, in which case you would need to go through your bank to get it resolved.

You see the following error code when you try to make a purchase on Xbox Live on Xbox:

8C15000C

This may mean that you have entered one of the following incorrectly:

• Billing address
• Zip Code or postal code

The information you entered doesn't match the billing address or code used by your credit card company.

Solution

Make sure you've correctly entered the billing address and Zip Code or postal code for your Xbox Live or Music Pass account. Make sure that it matches the billing address and code used by your credit card company. To change the billing address for your Xbox

Thanks for the reply, that's good info to know, but it doesn't really apply to my original question. My issue is that my credit card was charged £59.99 (the full amount), when it should have been charged only £47.99 (part of the total) and the remaining
£12 would have been microsoft account credit.
