    Went to see if a name was available and when prompted to confirm I hit no. I come to find later that I can't get on to my account. I have to renter my email and password, and it changed my gamer tag and charged the money to my card on file. If I had
    wanted the name change I would have hit yes when prompted. I'd like some answers. And you can see why I buy prepaid subscriptions to Xbox Live...

    I think I may know why it's giving me that error. I purchased Shark Dash on the windows 8 store and it hasn't billed me for it yet.

    First question: WHY? Why would you do a search for an available gamertag if you did not intend to truly OWN it when it was actually available? Second question involves the controller you used, more specifically: Does your left thumbstick move on its own?
    Because I know for a FACT that in order to make a purchase you must use it.

    You would need to phone support for your region & explain the situation.

    There is a slim chance you may get a refund but i wouldn't get your hopes up.

    but a faster way to speak to a Billing Agent is to go to

    Click on Request A Call and type in a few lines explaining your issue and you will get called back quicker than if you waited in queue on hold.
