Billed for Realms, can't see order history or current subscription

Hey so I signed up for Minecraft realms plus to host a 10 person realm. I want to cancel it and re-sub for a 2 person realm but my account doesn't think there are any active subscriptions or past orders at all. However, I can still edit and manage my realm, and get into it just fine on my phone, switch & PC

I've only ever had one Microsoft account, so there's no confusion between accounts.

Can't see any way to contact support at Microsoft at all so wondering how else to contact someone to cancel. Otherwise I'll need to do this via my bank which is a bit of a pain because I was to re-sub with a 2 person realms account

Ah we found it out in the end... When I bought the subscription I was logged into the Xbox app as myself, but logged in with a different account on the Microsoft Store (which is the account that actually owns Minecraft)

With that setup, the Realms subscription functionally attached it to my Xbox / Microsoft account, but all of the billing details passed through to the account logged in to Microsoft Store... Took some working out!

Hey, Sophie. That's odd. What version of Minecraft do you play? Bedrock or Java? And on which platform? If you have another Microsoft account, have you checked those other accounts just to make sure the subscription isn't active on it?
