    Billed for product. Product not given.


    I purchased the 6,500 Gold pack for £19.99 from the World of Tanks Xbox 360 Edition Store on Xbox Live. I received the Purchase Confirmation and the £19.99 was taken out of my account but I have not received the product I paid for (In-Game currency for World
    of Tanks). I made the purchase on 8th February 2015 at around 10 PM. I'm not sure of what to do because at this point they're just stealing off of me.

    Kinda agree I work my @@@ of for money so if they give me a half a$$ product it gives me no incentive to support them or any future product

    Just a friendly reminder though that all successful transactions are added on our order history in-real time via https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders which means that if the order is not visible from there it can be purchased on a different account or it's not successful.

    The best option is to reach out to your bank if the order is not available on your end.

    You can't combine accounts. You can choose one to keep and then turn off recurring billing for the other one.

    Oh dear God no. We want to BUY and OWN our products. Developers shouldn't be given a free pass to releasing broken products with a guaranteed $10 out of the deal.

    I'd also like to mention that EULAs are near unenforceable given that all too often to read them you have to open the product and by opening the product you are technically accepting the EULA.
