    Billed for ESO Plus but didn't get it.


    I received an email from Bethesda saying my ESO Plus subscription was successfully renewed on Dec. 1st. I was billed for it Dec. 4th. It was no longer in effect in game on December 2nd and after I was billed for it, it wasn't renewed in game. I contacted
    Bethesda and they referred me to Xbox support. Yesterday I was told to wait 48 hours to see if it was resolved. Well it isn't. I have still been billed for ESO plus but do not have it in game.

    Hey guys, i paid for Eso Plus but my membership is inactive, but i will not pay again for ESO Plus.

    Does somebody has an idea?

    ESO PLUS, NO CROWNS!!!

    I got eso plus last month for the first time, got the 1500 crowns like normal and saved them. This month I was billed and got nothing, my crowns didnt show up. Kinda mad about this and plan on cancelling if nothing is done to fix this issue!

    Thank you for your answer xV3RTIGOx.

    I tried what you told me, I deleted all my payment options and I reset my Xbox One holding the main button.

    Then, i added my payment card again. Same result, when I go to market, Eso Plus doesn't detect my payment options.

    I tried to do as if I would want to buy an other thing on the market. With all the games in the market, when I want to buy them, my payment card is detected, always.

    But as soon as I want to buy eso plus, my payment options aren't detected and market ask me to enter a new payment option...

    Really weird thing.

    Hi Rosenthale,

    I had a problem similar to this happen when i changed from my original xbox one to my xbox one s , what i ended up having to do was completely deleting all payment options from my xbox the hard reset by holding down the power button then re entering said
    info. give this a try and if it doesn't work message me back. hope this helps

    Heya iiPinkBunni.

    Definitely understand the frustrations with this. Sounds like there may have been some confusion with this. For subscription issues such as this Phone/Chat support will be able to best help out. To check, did Bethesda recommend a refund on the subscription
    and then a repurchase?
