    I purchased xbox live gold but it didnt seem to work so I tried a few times and now I have been billed for 3 of them when I only wanted 1. How do I go about getting a refund?

  2. Free 3 month subscription to Xbox live?

    You can add the 3 months to your account. The next time your service is to be billed, those 3 months will be used instead and after the 3 months you will be billed for your normal service.

    This is according to what I've done.

    See if your order is listed here. Make sure you are using the email that made the purchase (DO NOT send the email here, it is not allowed)

    Open it, and see what is in the Status. If it is completed, or another word

    It will probably appear 2. A buy of 106 and the seungda of 74.

    Just cancel ONE of the two ok, and ask for a refund.

    The other one that does not appear in the history, it is AUTOMATICALLY reversed in your account within a few days.

    Thank you for that information! I requested a refund for the earlier I have another problem. One of the charges isn't showing up for me on charges in microsoft but did come out of my checking account.

    Only one of these charges shows on my Microsoft purchase account but as you can see it came out of my checking account via PayPal twice.
