    i have requested my Xbox live account be removed 5 times now and payments cancelled i have not owned an xbox for 8 months and the account hasn't been used since every time i call and Microsoft goes yeah sweet we will delete it i get charged again the next
    month i am sick of it. has anyone run into this before? i;ll be demanding a bloody refund thats for sure.

  2. You may want to sign into your account at account.microsoft.com and check the order history to make sure what exactly you are being billed for and make sure that your card may not be on another account somewhere.

    You can also go on that site and cancel the subscription yourself.

    As far as refunds go you would have to talk with xbox billing support by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us

    The previous post is correct.

    Making sure that you have the information for the correct account is a must.

    I would follow the steps that the previous reply suggested and go to
    https://account.microsoft.com/account/Account?destrt=home-index
    and make sure that you look into your services and subscriptions.

    If you see anything you don't like there, you should be able to change or cancel your subscription.

    If that doesn't work for you, or you are getting charged by Microsoft even if your account doesn't reflect that, you can request a callback at

    https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us
    and our support can look to see if your payment instrument is maybe attached to another account and getting charged through there.
