Leider besitze ich keinen anderen 4K TV um es dort zu testen

(Ich habe die Konsole bereits umtauschen lassen und mich mit dem Support meines TV-Herstellers auseinander gesetzt. Jedoch leider ohne nützliche Tipps)

Tonprobleme

Zuerst zu den Tonproblemen, da diese am schnellsten erklärt sind.

Wenn der Ton im Spiel zu leise wird, schaltet der Ton komplett ab. Ich hab dies u.a. bei Rainbow Six Siege, Black Ops 3 und Minecraft getestet.

Beispiel: Bei Rainbow Six Siege habe ich es im Hauptmenü mit der Hintergrundmusik und Hintergrundgeräuschen während des spielens getestet. Stelle ich die Musik auf ca. unter 12% oder es sind im Spiel nur sehr leise Töne zu höhren
(also keine laute Musik, Schritte oder Schüsse), dann wird der restliche Ton vollständig gestummt.

Bildprobleme

Die Bildprobleme sind etwas komplexer, da sie teils sehr unregelmäßig und nur bei bestimmten Spielen auftauchen.

1. Wenn ich Aufzeichnungen (Spieleclips und Screenshots) anschaue, egal ob von mir selbst oder anderen Spielern, fängt das Bild sofort an im Sekundentakt weiß aufzublitzen und hört auch nicht mehr auf. Dies ist aber nur bei 4K der
Fall. Schalte ich auf 1080p um, hört das Aufblitzen auf. Schalte ich dann aber wieder zurück, geht es weiter. (Wenn ich auf normales Fernsehprogramm wechsele ist das Problem
nicht vorhanden. Also nur bei Benutzung der Xbox) Das einzige was bisher geholfen hat, war ein "Hardreset" (Den Ausschalter der Xbox lange gedrückt halten)

Danach wollte sich die Konsole aber nicht mehr mit dem Wlan verbinden. Auch nach mehreren Neustarts nicht. Nur das Zurücksetzen auf Werkseinstellungen oder verwenden eines Lan-Kabesl hilft.

2. Beim Spiel PUBG tritt nach unbestimmter Zeit (bisher meist nach ein paar Stunden Spielzeit am Stück) das Problem auf, dass der Bildschirm regelmäßig für wenige Sek. komplett schwarz wird (5 sek. schwarz -> 10-20 sek. normales
Bild -> 5 sek. schwarz usw.) Zudem ist das Bild dann sehr ´krisselig´

Auch dieses Problem nur bei 4K !

Ich hoffe, dass ich es halbwegs verständlich erklären konnte und wäre sehr dankbar für Lösungsansätze, da ich noch keine vergleichbaren Probleme gefunden habe.
