Thanks for all the info. This is something that our teams are currently looking into. Do you know if you can play Gears of War 4 on the same profile on a Windows 10 PC? If not, that's understandable since not everyone has a PC that is capable of running
a game like that, just something we wanted to check on. If you don't have access to that, no worries. When we hear back with an update for this issue, we'll be sure to let you know.

Thanks for the answer, I only have xbox one, The coalition not mentioned anything on your page, spend 100 dollars to buy the game and it is not fair that you can not play it, apart from the expenses of special packages and everything. Microsotf should put
in contact with the creators of the game so that they put a solution, since we spend in buying gold membership and the game, this is very annoying. In the forum of gears of war does not mention any solution and do not respond the messages, I have 11 days without
playing since it is the only game that I play always. I hope soon to be able to play and that microsoft does something and does not stay with the crossed arms.

Hi,

The error message you're getting may be due to an issue with the game server, a corrupted profile data associated with the game or corrupted game files. To clarify your concern, may we know if you're able to play other games online?

Meanwhile, we suggest clearing the console's persistent storage and alternate MAC address. Here are the steps:

Method 1: Clear Persistent Storage

Scroll left on the Home screen to open the
Guide.
Select Settings.
Select All Settings.
Select Disc & Blu-Ray.
In the Blu-Ray section, select Persistent Storage.
Select Clear persistent storage.
Restart your Xbox One console.

Method 2: Clear MAC Address

Scroll left on the Home screen to open the Guide.
Select Settings.
Select All Settings.
Select Network.
Select Network settings.
Select Advanced settings.
Select Alternate MAC address.
Select Clear.
Select Restart.

These steps can help restore corrupted system data.

On which device are you trying to play the game?

Are you able to play online on your other games?

Does the same issue occur on a different profile?
