BIGELOWE on Windows 10

I've been getting the BIGELOWE error since yesterday when trying to play this game. This is rendering the game useless. If your troubleshooting steps include to reinstall the game, I don't have 20 hours to wait for 100+GB to download from your terrible servers.
I'd rather just be told that you don't know and are shooting in the dark.

I got the bigelowe error, cant play online Windows 10

So I bought gears of war 4 some weeks ago on windows 10, since I bought it, it have been imposible to me to play online cause it never gets to connect to the GOW servers, I always got the bigelowe error.

I just have Gow in my library so its the only game I can try, I just have one profile so i cant try with anotherone, I didnt make any changes in my profile before the error, I conect via WIFI, my PC its completely able to run GOW y make the in game test
and I got a esteady 60 FPS, and last I make a post in the bigelowe thread in the GOW community page, with my information: Plataform PC, Internet privider: Tigo, Location San Jose Costa Rica etc.

And I just look up in my xbox profile and I found up in my library that GOW 4 is in the Xbox one section, but I bougth it in the window store for windows 10 and I had been playing there, but the only game I got in the win 10 section is candy crush. Maybe
thats the problem.

If I switch profiles, I am able to connect with the other profile, just not with the one I actually use (the one I'm posting with here).

Method 1: Clear Persistent Storage

Scroll left on the Home screen to open the

Select Settings.
Select All Settings.
Select Disc & Blu-Ray.
In the Blu-Ray section, select Persistent Storage.
Select Clear persistent storage.
Restart your Xbox One console.

Method 2: Clear MAC Address

Scroll left on the Home screen to open the Guide.
Select Settings.
Select All Settings.
Select Network.
Select Network settings.
Select Advanced settings.
Select Alternate MAC address.
Select Clear.

I dont play other games

I only have one profile
