BIG Xbox One account issue. (I seem to be the only one with this issue..)

I have talked to support 3 times in chat, I have posted two times to enforcement team and no one could help.. Or they just deleted my post and said i could not post so and so in this section..

So, For the last 1 1/2 hours i was on the phone to Xbox Support, And they said what the problem was..

My Xbox One profile is not UPDATING, I can't post statuses, I can't post videos(from upload studio.) i can do anything, My news feed is empty, I pretty much don't exist.

Xbox support said the enforcement team has not dealt with my communication ban properly, Like they forgot to un-ban me, Well half un-ban me i should say.

Because i can talk to people? But my profile is not updating anything.

The ban expired on the 26 October.. Last month. But my account is still having huge issues. I am a
BETA tester and a Xbox One previewer, How am i meant to help Xbox One when i can't do anything.

I feel like i am being treated like a child getting sen't back and forth, support to enforcement and back again.

Please, Fix this issue, Check my account and everything.. I beg of you don't tell me to go to support, Please actually fix this issue.

Cant Sign in to My Xbox Account

I'm having the same issues with our accounts. This does not seem to be an isolated issue. I'm thinking it's an authentication issue at the Xbox Live Server end.

I can access all our accounts with no difficulty on the web portal. It's only an issue logging in on the console.

Well honestly the enforcement team are the only ones able to help you with this.

Please post your issue there and please have an eye on your pms at the bottom of the forum's home page as they may not answer your request in public but with pm.

 

They keep deleting my post when i post on there.

 

Have you checked your private messages to see if they replied there? To do that, mouse over support at the top of most any page, then click on forums, scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see your private messages there if you have any.

 

No they have not, I have message them though.

I don't understand why they won't help me out, I feel as if they are hiding from me because they know there in the wrong.

All i won't is for my account to be fixed, Thats all.

Hi, I have the same problem and i have never had a ban so I don't think it is that. Im on my xbox almost everyday and the last it says I did on my profile is 23 days ago. Its been like this now for 4-5 days. :S

 

After I took a look at this video and you also confirmed that you are able to send messages and join parties this is clearly not am enforcement team issue but a problem with your profile.

Even if already tried please phone the support again on further assistance. They should be able to help you with this. This is not caused by a former ban, so you better not mention it again to not mess things up.
