    Big time issue trying to log in


    I've been off my xbox for a bit and I'm having major issues trying to connect to my gamertag .

    I cannot remember the password and don't have an authenticator app connected to my system anymore. My system keeps asking for a code regardless from the fact that I cannot give one from an authenticator app I don't have anymore. The system tells me to go to
    the account[dot]live[dot]com site, where the same issue happen. Don't know the password and have no authenticator app. Please help me, I'm desperate now.

    you will have to get a hold of support or have a support member help you.

    Can't sign in to xbox live on the xbox one

    First thing to try would be log out of your profile and log back in. That resolves this issue most of the time.
