    I tried to log in and saw this..

    I don’t know how this happened? I need Xbox support or an expert and tell me to solve this please ! (The black stuff is just censor because it shows my face)

    Honestly I don’t know what’s the problem I just need this to be solved. Is it maybe an HDMI issue?

    Xbox says its connected to the internet, but XBL isn't working

    Same problem here as FummelOst. Cant connect to xbox live with either xbox one or app on windows 10, Also the Xbox one Smartglass seems to not wanna log in. When i log out from the account on Xbox one the store comes up but if and thats a big IF i can log
    in again it dissapears. Nothing wrong with any internet connection.

    Xbox one turned on this am and cant get past log ins - keeps going back to log on screen. Have a very very frustrated son. Tried all steps on this forum but all dont work as keeps hoing back to log in screen. Xbox one has been awful. Would not recommend
    at all. Either doesny work or is constantly undating - its rubbish
