Big Problem´s with Bluray Drive , Software , Upload Studios

Hello Guys i have a big Problem,

first, sry for my Stupid english i come from germany.

I have the Problem :

My Bluray-Drive make strange sound when i get a Game in the Drive . It is not always
only sometimes.

When i Give the Xbox the game to 20% of all test i get the error disk can no read.

Next Problem :

I lost Complete the Sound when i gaming. I must restart the Console .

The next Problem i Upload a Video with Upload Studios. I have the Problem is it finished my Controler Function freezing . I must get with kincet to my Games and App and now can i use the Controler.

I started a Service , now the Problem is when i take the Problem Abuse i get the error Please Restart your service choise.

I need fast Help .

Upload studios

my upload studios will not upload to Xbox live but I can upload to one drive. Can someone please help me with this problem thank you.

 

Uploading to game hub

Not sure you can upload it to the game hub. You can upload it to upload studio, then one drive, but I think that's it.

The issues of bluray drive are understand by MS since the One has started. When i y buy my one, my disk drive did not work immediately with a strange sound. And the problem of sound during the game come from probably of this issue.

I think you have two possibilities :

1) If you have buy the console since less 1 month, you can go to the shop and ask a exchange because the disk drive does not work correctly.

2) You can call xbox one support to try some manipulations (like a new initialization) if it's a virtual issue. In opposite case, your console must probably go to repair
