BIG problems! Please help!

So my xbox one can't find my wifi. No wifis are showing up. It isnt reading any movie disks, and when I try to play a game that was installed digitally, it says "once im online again please make this your home xbox to play" . this has been my xbox from release.
I signed into a friends xbox sorta recently? idk if thats the problem. I just dont know whats wrong. All of this happened at once about 2 days ago.

Black Ops 2 freezing

Having big problems with freezing when in multiplayer. Can't do anything, but turn off power.

Any help appreciated, please!

Hey there. The first thing I would try is a full reboot. Open the guide, go to the settings tab, then Restart console. If that doesn't help, go to Turn off console instead, and unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. That should
hopefully reset your network card and detect your wifi.

In Settings, Personalization, My home Xbox, make sure it says that this console is set to your home Xbox.

Are you on the dashboard beta?

My console has been acting pretty weird in general with randomly signing me off Live all the time midway through games or not showing any notifications when people sign in (it's not my internet as everything else stays connected). I've put it down to the
beta ... kinda annoying but hopefully not a permanent fixture

I've cleared the system cache, but it didn't ask me to update the game again. Although, it has sorted the problem out. Very strange

Not sure how it all works but it could be the update is a bit 'wonky' lets say so clearing cache might solve it, obviously you'll have to update again, let us know how you get on.

You cannot transfer anything including gold time between accounts. When you start the new account with the correct information, you will need to purchase additional gold time.

It is still worth calling support. They don't usually do it but it is not unheard of for them to cancel Gold on one account and issue tokens for the remaining time to be used on another account. It's worth call, after all they can only say no.
