    Hi, i have a problem with the game Dungeons 3 (only with this). When i play at this game the screen resolution is out of the screen. I try to change tv settings but nothing, i tried to change xbox display settings but nothing. What i can do ? The game had
    not screen options.

    HELP!!! Bingo app crashed on startup.

    i'm having the same problem on my surface pro 3. Tried all the above, but it still crashes and won't start. I did the screen resolution change and it works. Need to fix it so it works with the surface pro 3 native resolution. It's a pain having to change
    the screen resolution every time I want to play.

    Xbox keeps turning off

    My xbox keeps turning off for some reason. When it does, the screen resolution changes to 480p and everything seems big.

    Any help?

    Hi!

    Have you tried setting the TV settings using "Gaming"? There are some presets that modify the resolution and the aspect ratio.

    May we know if you have tried to uninstall a game from Xbox and tried to play the game installed from Microsoft Store? Will it give you black screen when played full screen?: I haven't tried it yet

    May we know if your graphics card driver is up-to-date?: it is updated

    What are the troubleshooting you have done do far? : The only thing that I have tried so far is to uninstall the game or change the resolution, since I think that the resolution is the big problem, if I put it in a resolution like 1280x720 the game does not black screen if I play it in full screen, but if I put it in 1366x768 the screen goes black
