    Big issue with gamerscore


    So, I have this big issue with my gamerscore...

    I have an old Xbox 360, that i've kept offline for 2 years. I played a lot on it, and earned quite a lot of achievements.

    However, I've also played on my Xbox One, which was online.

    This afternoon, I've decided to get my 360 online again, so, I've connected to the Xbox Live.

    So far, so good, but it asked me to re-download my profile. Which I did.

    Then I realized, even tough I still had my old saves, all my offline 360 achievements were gone. Like, 4-5000Gs, 2 years worth of playing, gone, simply.

    Is there a way I could recover them? I know it isn't much, but, still, loosing all this progress feels awful

    Wow, comes with 250 additional gamerscore -- this one must be BIG!

    Not according to here:

    "Be labeled as a “cheater” for the community to view (for members over 18 years old)."

    So, you came on and didn't have 0? If not, then ya, it seems to be a gltich and not a reset.

    Are you over 18? Only users over 18 will have "cheater" displayed on their profile. It sounds and looks like you got reset. You should check your emails and spam folders to see if you got anything, if not, you can post here and try and ask for the email/confirmation:

    it wasn't reset usually with a reset you have zero once you log in i had it until i went on grand slam tennis 2 demo and regardless of age it says cheater?
