BIG ISSUE PLEASE HELP

Hi I just bought a game Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands for $90 CAD and it just pops up with the "do you own this game or app" error message. so I figured xbox isn't perfect and i'll reinstall the game and try again but i still can't play it and the same
error pops up. please someone just get me refunded or on my game instead of just taking my money.

Big Issue, Please Help

If you are banned from just Black Ops then you would need to take this up with Treyarch. MS does not handle game specific bans/suspensions. If you were banned from XBL you would not be able to sign in with the banned account.

Unfortunately this is the wrong section to post in. You'll have to make a topic here ->

forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx, they will reply back and tell you exactly why you were banned. You can tell them that you just got your account back from an investigation and you're now banned. But they are going to be the only ones that will be able to tell
you why exactly you are banned.

get in contact with treyarch and then get microsoft involved e.g provide evidence and get you reset on the game , this is annoying as this means that your account could have also been banned for joining a modded lobby ,

Are you on the dashboard beta?

My console has been acting pretty weird in general with randomly signing me off Live all the time midway through games or not showing any notifications when people sign in (it's not my internet as everything else stays connected). I've put it down to the
beta ... kinda annoying but hopefully not a permanent fixture
