Big Event won't load

I'm quite frustrated! I've been looking forward to the national solitaire day event and now it won't load. It either says need internet connection when it's already connected, or trouble connecting with solitaire site. Can you please fix this ASAP? Thank

Are you still experiencing issues with the Events? If so, try restarting both your PC and your internet and see if that helps.

Ive got the same problem but dated 13/10/2018. Recurring nightmare perhaps?

 

do you try reinstall the game??

 

Don't mean to be nasty but thank the lord I am not the only one, its usually my fault if anything goes wrong.

 

Seems a bit drastic to reinstall, I am afraid I will not be able to get it back and what will happen to my stats that I have spent hours building up.

 

over 45 people have left comments on the Microsoft Solitaire Community Facebook page saying they are having the same problem and another posting has over 20. It can't all be us. It has to be the game; can someone escalate this to the Microsoft Solitaire

There is actually an issue with the events in MS solitaire, so it is not a problem on your end. Until it gets fixed, there's nothing you can do. No need to try reinstalling until the issue is sorted out on MS end.

 

The problem with events loading has been action up for sometime. Today 10/13/2018 that is keep spinning and never connects.

 

So frustrating though when there is a set time to finish the games.

 

nothing wrong with my connection, I can play all the other games just not the event games.
