Big Buck Hunter Adventure Pro DLC down?

I bought the above listed game for Windows through WIndows store. I bought the full version of the game to use on my PC. When I try to buy DLC in the game, it kicks me out of the game, opens XBox Companion (which has no options
to purchase DLC). When I return to the game, it just says "OutofGame Error". It will not allow me to complete the purchase. I spoke to a virtual agent on Microsoft Support who was unable to help. The reference number is
[Mod Removed - Personal Information]. I hope this issue can be resolved.

Thanks for the reply. I have signed in a went to the purchase page for the game in both xbox companion and a web browser. The dlc is not there. If the content is no longer available, I'll be quite disappointed. I know this title is outdated, but I have
it running on an arcade cabinet with light gun support. It is a great replication of the original game which cannot be emulated at this time. This was my best chance of having it on my system and now that I've paid for it it seems as if it is less than 50%
complete.

Big Buck Hunter, based on your experience so far, it sounds as if when attempting to purchase via the in-game store, it is redirecting you to make the purchase while using the game in the Xbox (Beta) app. Once it brings up the app, have you attempted to
log in with your Microsoft account and navigate to the store area within the app to attempt to make a purchase for the DLC?

As this game title is a bit older and originally for Windows 8, it is possible that the DLC may no longer be available for purchase via the Microsoft Store if you're unable to find it via the store area of the Xbox app or at microsoft.com.

Give the troubleshooting a try and let us know the results.

Ok, I was wondering as far as titles like Big Buck Hunter Arcade for Xbox One and such

buy season pass (all 4 campaign dlc's + ultimate vault hunter pack #1) . then buy the ultimate pack #2 (4.99 bucks) and if you like, u could buy the 3 headhunter dlc (2.99 bucks each). mechromancer and psycho characters are 10 bucks each.

Yes, unfortunately. It's like devs no achievement hunters will buy the packs regardless, so they add 10 achievements and price it at 20 bucks. It basically forces you to buy the DLC.
