BFI Premium Pass Deleted

Hello there,

I've bought Battlefield I Ultimate Edition two years ago. This edition included the Premium Pass. For more than a year, I was able to access to all the additional content. However, today, when I've tried to join a friend who was playing, the game informed me
that I couldn't access this map because I don't have the Premium Pass. I thought that the pass might be uninstalled because of an update and that I had to download it again. Unfortunately, it doesn't appear in the additional content list that I can download;
on the Xboxstore, it is said that I have to buy it again.

The thing which is really strange is that I still have my premium priority access when I want to join a game.

Can you tell me how to recover my premium pass ?

Battlefield Premium Pass Deleted

Hello,

i deleted my Battlefield CTE Version and now i have no longer the battlefield premium pass. Xbox want 50 euros again. Anybody have a solution?

Thanks for your post! Battlefield I Ultimate Edition should already include the premium features and DLC within the game itself. If there has been some kind of disassociation with those two, it could be an issue with the Battlelog account. I recommended
checking out the
Battlefield 1 Forum, for possible community fixes or notice of this issue, also, try reinstalling the game for good measure. Here's how to do so:

Reinstall Xbox One Games.
