    Whenever I try to launch bf4 through the battlelog it gives me this error (ERROR

    You are already running another Battlelog game, please exit this game first)And when I go to check EA play desktop app, this error shows up: Your game failed to launch Double-check your connection, or try again later.

    Everything used to be fine before My Xbox game pass pc subscriptions ran out, which i have since renewed.

    I already tried making an exception in windows firewall and even turning it off completely.

    It works fine when i launch it through EA play's desktop app.

    Only reason I want to launch it through battlelog is because I have a plugin installed for battlelog which shows real player numbers on the servers, whereas if i were to use the in-game launcher most servers would have fake player counts in the menu and I would end up joining an empty server

    EA Play: "Your game failed to launch." SOLVED.

    Whenever I try to launch an EA Play game through the Xbox App for PC, nothing happens.
    I open up the EA beta app and verify that they are in fact installed, try to launch any of them and I'm met with this error:

    Your game failed to launch

    Double-check your connection, or try again later.

    Everything is linked correctly. I can install games and download them. I just can't play them. I uninstalled Origin, restarted the apps manually and checked for updates to no avail. I've restarted the computer a handful of times just in case. Nothing solved it.

    I'm a Gamepass Ultimate subscriber.
    All of my purchased games on my EA account are showing in the app too so it is definitely linked up correctly.

    EDIT: I just allowed it manually in the Windows Firewall exceptions and now everything appears to be running smoothly. I will update this thread if something comes up.
    Thank you for opening this problem. I'm having the same situation but this solution didn't help me. Anyone else have any ideas?

    Game Not Fully Uninstalling

    It's installed again but now when I open it it says. There was a problem launching your game or app. If your trying to accept a game invite, the content on your console doesn't match the version you've been invited to play. Or if your trying to start your own game, try launching it again. If it still won't launch, uninstall it, than reinstall it. (0x87e1000c)

    Hey there, buddah1115!

    I'm sorry to see any issues loading the Store! To help with this, I'd need your detailed network statistics and your device information. While it may not be your internet per se, it could still be how your internet works with the Xbox One, and I can help
    alleviate that.

    You can get your detailed network statistics by going to Settings > All settings > Network > Network settings > Detailed network statistics. Post back with either the results of that or an image of those results. For your network devices,
    I'd need both the manufacturer and model numbers from the router and the modem. If you have a two-in-one device, you would only need to provide the one set. :)
