Let this be a learning curve to you all.... Never buy a sequel, it will always end up being a disappointing experience and destroy the name of the brand. Let's think back.... Call Of Duty, Gears of War, Silent Hill, Resident Evil and the list goes on. Developers
need to spend more time then 1-2 years of developing a good game, that can bring new experiences to the consumer, rather then thinking about the money.......

 

I heard tfall was gonna be 6v6 thats not good enough on a 8yr wait new console, if thats true, they got a forum yet?

 

Yep and 6v6 is the top thread, its not gonna be that big, just look at player counts of cod and halo in those small lobby gamemodes, sure they have core fans but most play big lobbies

 

I'm pretty sure the game's designed around 6v6. Just because it has more players doesn't necessitate it will be a good game, MAG is one example of poor gameplay yet a large player count. Halo is an excellent example of the opposite.

 

really? ......did you play MAG? .....because I did, and it was a good game, just glitchy the game play was alot like

MOH .....and Halo?....eye of the beholder man .......12 players?...thats nothing.....they couldn't even manage 32 or even 24? .....''shipment'' size maps are gonna be a hoot ...now just because the game only has 6v6 instead of more players doesn't mean it
will be a great game either .....don't forget....EA is at the helm.....and at this point, I can only assume the folks over at EA require orthopedic zippers on their pants because they're "special''

 

6v6 sux all halo gamemodes besides btb suk, tfall is gonna tank, by summer no one will be playing it, this is a brand new console sposed to be the best ever to have only 6v6 is just dumb

 

well....good luck getting your party into a match together, especially on the same team ....apparently they "tested" it and it just works better with 6v6.....pfff....this is EA we're talking about .....Mechwarrior has 24....would be kinda lame with half
that ....on a related note, the BLR-1G 'Battlemaster' is available for purchase....it's back baby!...85 tons of assault class fury

Yeah 6 vs 6 MP for Titanfall plus unknown amounts of AI robbots in the game also. Itll definately be a "CoD-like" shooter. They also said maps are more CoD-like and not as big as BF.

Okay Parallax, to start off, you really need to get rid of those ellipses you seem so fond of. It's elementary. You know what, I'll do the same for this paragraph.

MAG... wasn't good... weak aspects... needed fixing. Halo... it worked... one of the most popular games of the last generation. Titanfall is designed around 6v6... made by Infinity Ward... evidently CoDesque... games are designed around a certain number
of players... that being said... titanfall isn't guaranteed to be a success... we've seen 4 minutes of gameplay... and it's published by EA... so there's no way I'm getting it on release...

 

what about the 12v12 Titanfall lobbies testers were elating about early on? ......and again, did you actually play MAG? ...because I played all the Halo games and they just like COD were fun for 5 minutes ....aint gonna ditch the ellipses either ...hope
they bug the crap outta you sport

 

The developers have evidently found the game was not suited for 12v12. Yes I did play MAG and the gameplay wasn't what I'd call solid, it was promising, but alas, it failed. Halo on the other hand was fantastic and many others agree with me, hence it has
spanned a total of five key titles and three spin-offs, not including the rehash.

The ellipses don't bother me, rather it provides the illusion you have no idea what you're talking about.
