    Is it possible to get a refund for the premium on BF4 , Its just not fit for purpose at the moment ?

    Is there indeed a refund for BF4 Premium? If so what process should I follow to receive it, I purchased Premium through my XBOX Live Account!

    I bought BF4 Premium at Gamestop, but when i entered my code, all it did was refund the amount i paid for it into my Xbox account. What gives? is the premium pack not yet released?

    Just to add to what Maxen said, usually refunds are not refundable. In this case you may be in luck as Microsoft has been issuing refunds for BF4 Premium to customers. Follow the link provided and phone support should get you squared away

    Yea, so what happens is, it allows you to install BF4 Premium as an add on, but in game, it says 'please install and pay for BF4 premium' in order to access BF4 Premium servers, maps and games etc.

    It basically doesn't recognise.you have BF4 premium, and EA doesn't see it on their side either.

    Okay I bought BF4 and premium and tried to play it for a bit and it didn't work so I contacted MS and got a refund, this was like 3 weeks maybe, anyway I haven't been on since the refund because my Xbox One and BF4 have been packed away for Christmas.

    If I go on BF4 on Christmas day are you telling me I could get banned? Or will everything be fine now?
