Still not working! And there was no problem with my connection either.

Other games work like Battlefield 1

Forza horizon 3

GTA 5

This **** makes me crazy and very mad! And I wasted 20$ when I bought it online

When I start Battlefield 4, it starts after 10-20 seconds, I am sent back to the Xbox home screen! Will not come to the game's menu.

Have tried "cold start" and removed the game and reinstalled it. Also removed my profile and downloaded it again, but it still doesn't work!

The next thing to try is to do a factory reset keeping games and apps:

Settings > System > Console Info & Updates > Reset console > "keep games and apps". (requires account redownload)

You have tried everything that is suggested before doing this final step besides erasing local saved data for the game.

do you try erase console cache?? this could resolve that problem

Thank you for reaching out. If you haven't already, I'd like for you to try running a connection test by doing the following:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select Network.
5. Select Network settings. Any known outages will appear in the middle of the screen.
6. On the right side of the Network settings screen, select
   Test multiplayer connection.

Let us know if this gives you any sort of error message. Also note if this occurs with any other game besides BF4.
