BF4 Dragon's Teeth DLC taking an unnecessarily long time

Hi,

I am trying to download the latest DLC for Battlefield 4 (available for premium members today) and I had started the download at around 12 PM EST, and almost 2 and a half hours later of sitting here, the progress bar for the download is barely at 27%.
Just in the past HOUR minutes alone it has only gone up 2% from being at 25%. Has this happened to anyone else before? Why is it taking such a long time to download this? I had wanted to spend my day playing this today, but at this rate (1% every half hour,
seriously?) I won't be able to until tomorrow. Very unhappy customer.

Before this attempt I had actually tried downloading it at 10 in the morning, but the progress bar made it to 24%, then jumped up to 38%, then 49%, then the download went back to PENDING, and started over before becoming corrupted.



NOTE: My time zone is Eastern Standard Time

I'm so mad that i have the battlefield premium and my xbox store doesn't show dragon's teeth dlc!!!

The Dragon's teeth DLC is listed in game at £114.99!!!

Oh well, if they can't even get the price right....

 

Try deleting the game and go into settings and clear local data then try the download again.
