BF4 download issue

purchased BF4 online and installed it. It says the game is installed however the multiplayer wont load and says “Multiplayer downloaded 0%”. Im at a loss.

I agree with Choppy about the MAC but just to make sure, no weird storage issues that might be blocking it?

You may want to try clearing the MAC address too. To do that just go to your network settings, click advanced network settings, alternate MAC address, select clear, then reset. Your console will restart at that point.

Did you synchronize when opening the game? Sometimes if you don't, it can mess a lot up in the game, is what I've experienced.

Hi sorry you are having issues. The first thing to try is a power cycle. Hold your power button for 10 seconds. Then the important part, unplug the console for a minute. Restart and try the game again.

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue trying to play multiplayer.

If the previously posted steps don't resolve the issue, I would try to the steps outlined in our Xbox One Game Freeze Solution
as well. It should help since the game itself is hanging up like that.
