BF1 in the name of the tsar update doesn't come.

the name of the tsar is a multiplayer update, it doesn't add anything to singleplayer

Thanks for reaching out to us in forums for this issue. In regard to In the Name of the Tsar game mode in conjunction with Battlefield 1, if you already have that installed (as you stated), then what it grants you is additional maps in-game and the opportunity
to earn the weaponry/vehicles as well during gameplay. It does not immediately grant you the items, but you can go through the maps that the are included to get things like heavy bombers, and there are also in-game giveaways and such to earn as well.
