Bf1 achievements for getting all codex's/field manuals not unlocking

+ For Sound of thunder

Unlock all Codex Entries in Through Mud and Blood

To unlock this achievement you will need to unlock/complete all of the Codex Entries in the Through Mud and Blood story. These can be found on the Soldier tab on the main menu or on the pause menu during missions. You will have to fulfill a task to unlock each
Codex Entry.

+ For Master of adaptation Complete all challenges in the campaign

To unlock this achievement you will need to complete every challenge in the campaign. This is somewhat confusingly worded, the 'challenges' are the Codex Entries that require an action that is either not mandatory, so would be unlocked no matter what you
do, or is unlocked for collecting all the Field Manuals. You can find a list of all Codex Entries for each of the missions in their specific description in the guide. They are; ''The hills of Gallipoli'', ''Sound of thunder'', ''Conquering
the mountains'', ''Taking down giants'' & ''All men dream''

Also try to REMOVE account from console and restart console, then re-download your account, and try again, but there are still people having issues with unlocking certain achievements, they have patched and tried to fix a few but some are still having
issue and if still does not unlock, you will have to wait for a next patch to see if it gets fixed.

talk to customer service, they made a order for me for them to be unlocked. The achievements all say Locked (100%) so there is not a way to redo them to try to unlock again. They have to be fixed or manually unlocked.

Thanks for posting! Is there a possibility these could have been earned awhile back and they finally unlocked? We're unable to manually remove achievements that have already been earned, but sometimes achievements may not pop up right away and may get unlocked
all at once.
