This is my attempt to get anyone above the 1-800 (non) customer support number.

I have had a very long battle trying to resolution to my xbox 360 that will not work. I want to speak to someone who cares about keeping a customer. Please Someone Help make this happen!

Power Unit broken

Hi,

my friend brought his Xbox 360 from the US to Austria/ Europe.

I forgot that europe has a higher voltage, so when I connected the xbox the power unit started steaming a bit. -I think it's fried now.

I guess we need a new european xbox -
power unit anyway.

My Question:

If I have a power unit which is made for the EU. Will it fit into the console, (purchased in the US?

I am not sure if it does, maybe the plug on the console is different?

Hello,

Yes, the power supplies have the same connector as long as it's the same console line. For example, a power brick made for the original Xbox 360 will not work for the Xbox 360 S/E.

If you need to order a new power supply for whatever reason, you will need to
reach out to phone support for that country/region.
