Beyond Good and Evil HD - Games with gold - August

Hi there guys,

Since august I've been trying to download this game on my Xbox One, but I don't know how to do it since the game doesn't appear on the Ready to Install Section. On the xbox 360 download history the game show as ready to install. I've already tried the MS
Support, but the problem remains. So can anyone help me to download this game? Thanks in advance guys!!

If you purchased the game on the account that you're posting with but can't see it on the Ready to Install list try downloading the game to your 360. Maybe it's just a glitch.

 

Onyxishere, thanks man, but unfortunately that didn't solve my problem. On the website I can see that the game is one the list for download, but it doesn't actually downloads. I've pretty much done evertyhing that I know (remove my account from the xbox
and re-download everything, remove just my login, get in contact with Xbox Support, etc). I'm really out of ideias how to download this game. Again thanks for replying, but I've already tried your solution and didn't work.

 

Not sure if itll help but i used a gift debit card and im able to get the game perfectly fine

 

Guys, thanks for all the replies to my post. A few days ago the game simpply appeared on the Ready to Install Section of my Xbox One, after that I've tested it and It is working ok so far. Thanks again to you all!
