Someone please please help.

I don't know if it's my internet or something wrong with my xbox/controller.

however, when I'm playing, my controller will disconnect, the light will flash on my controller and then my xbox will disconnect from xbox live. Then when, eventually, my controller decides to reconnect, I go to network settings are my internet is there
but I have to re enter my WEP key. It's like it forgets my internet.

any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

Solitaire - Beyond Frustrating

For the past three days I have been trying to renew my subscription to upgrade to the premium version of Microsoft Solitaire Collection. I get a message that says:

Reinstall from the Store

Uninstall this app (go to Settings > System > Apps & features) and then install it again from the product page in Windows Store. Your license needs to be refreshed to make in-app purchases. [CV:70f/LoVWpeD9Lrr.309.1]

I have uninstalled and reinstalled numerous, and I mean NUMEROUS, times and nothing works. I've been playing without ads for a year, and I'd like to continue to play without ads. Please advise me as to how I can upgrade to premium. This is BEYOND FRUSTRATING.

I don't know whether this will help but have you tried updating the controller through the X1,it may resolve your issues.

I have a slight problem with my controller to. Mine will disconnect if you hold it to tight and it has the latest FW update to it.

If the decision was upheld, that's the end of the discussion. Your case has been thoroughly reviewed by the Enforcement Team twice, and both reviews determined that the suspension was appropriate. You'll just have to serve the remainder of your suspension.
There will be more Iron Banner events. Missing one isn't fatal to your Destiny career.

You're not getting responses in the enforcement forums because they aren't used anymore (see the sticky post at the top of each forum). The enforcement website is the place to go now.

Sorry that you are currently serving a suspension. However, no one in the forums have any access to that information. It is managed completely by the enforcement team.

That's really sad that they deem is just. I get that there are more events, but it puts me behind when I was ahead of the game. If people don't see a problem with that then that just solidifies my reasoning to take my business elsewhere.

Not raging, just sad honestly. Thanks for the responses. I will be canceling my subscription as soon as then suspension ends.
