    Why can't I submit a thread on the enforcement section?

    I received a suspension on the 28th of September, which I remember to heart because it was my birthday. This particular suspension was a complete suspension meaning no communications and no playing. The title of the suspension was harassment and threats.
    Funny, because I never once threatened another individual. I never cursed at anyone either. This makes me believe that my accuser(s) were just spamming the report button because they were salty that I owned them in Destiny.

    I am a HARDCORE Destiny player. I put in some serious hours when Rise of Iron released, specifically for the Trials of Osiris and Iron Banner events. I already missed the Trials of Osiris event, and will soon miss the Iron Banner even which occurs this
    week. I put some precious time into getting ahead specifically for these events and now I will have to miss them because of this ridiculous suspension.

    I feel this Ban was unwarranted with the policies that microsoft has given to me for which i always follow. I am an avid player of Destiny for which I bought the new DLC Rise of Iron and would not appreciate being held back this much.
    I will be missing out on precious Xbox Live Time that I know for a decision that was Situationsional.

    Whatever I did, I am very sorry for, and I would be 100% okay with a compromise of accepting the communications suspension but just allow me to play so I don't miss this event I have worked SO hard to get ahead for. All I did was small trash talk, never
    cursed nor threatened anyone! Please someone help me. I love playing Destiny and would prefer to not quit because of something silly like this but I am afraid that if something cannot get worked out here then I will have no choice but to cancel my subscription
    and take my business elsewhere. That's not meant as a threat and a "do what I want or else" but that I have put in so much time to get ahead and all of it is now being washed away.

    Please xbox enforcement, please consider this. I am sorry for previous rant threads but I think you can understand my frustration here. If I miss Iron Banner then I will 100% cancel my business with your company. I cannot put my hard work in Destiny at
    risk anymore.

    OMG.....I am trying to request a call from Xbox support and the first and last name fields are grayed out and I cannot figure out how to get my name in there. And of course it will not let me submit my request without it. HELP before I pull out all my
    hair!!!!

    Sorry that you are currently serving a suspension. However, no one in the forums have any access to that information. It is managed completely by the enforcement team.

  5. I get that, my post was to try to reach out to a mod or someone who could get me in contact with someone from the enforcement team.

    I have submitted a case review which was upheld... and was told that I could do another in 24 hours, which was false. Then was told again that I could do another in 72 hours, which was false.

    I have posted on the xbox 360 enforcement page but nobody responds there either. Why is it so hard to get a response from them yet they are so eager to dish out suspensions?

    Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. They no longer use the forums. If they upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do.

  7. If the decision was upheld, that's the end of the discussion. Your case has been thoroughly reviewed by the Enforcement Team twice, and both reviews determined that the suspension was appropriate. You'll just have to serve the remainder of your suspension.
    There will be more Iron Banner events. Missing one isn't fatal to your Destiny career.

    You're not getting responses in the enforcement forums because they aren't used anymore (see the sticky post at the top of each forum). The enforcement website is the place to go now.

    That's really sad that they deem is just. I get that there are more events, but it puts me behind when I was ahead of the game. If people don't see a problem with that then that just solidifies my reasoning to take my business elsewhere.

    Not raging, just sad honestly. Thanks for the responses. I will be canceling my subscription as soon as then suspension ends.

    I don't know whether this will help but have you tried updating the controller through the X1,it may resolve your issues.
