    Beyond frustrated that the support team cannot resolve what everyone that I talk to considers ...


    I have talked with nearly 10 people for 3-4 hours on the phone last week regarding this issue so far and after being redirected to multiple people I have now I been redirected to a forum by the escalation team. I have also tried emailing back the advocacy
    team that emailed me (Luke) but it said the email was invalid and would not send the long email I had typed. I understand there is a process to go through to get things escalated to the next level but I should not have to be redirected to a forum to get my
    issue resolved once we are to that point. I purchased a game (Dead Rising 3) on Feb. 20th because I was presented with an ad saying I would receive a code to get $15 off a purchase of $45 or more. I had planned to use that to purchase Titanfall and waited
    over a month to buy the game I have been dying to play because I expected to be sent a coupon code by "no later than April 8th". So you can understand my frustration. I have been very very patient on the phone and very kind to everyone I have talked to so
    far but I'm sick and tired of the incompetence of your support system to get my issue resolved in a timely manner. I expect to receive an email with a link to that coupon code for $15 off a purchase of $45 or more or a gift code for $15. I have been very loyal
    to Microsoft and if they cannot be loyal to me then they will lose my business. It is ridiculous that I have to waste my time dancing around your process to get help. I accept email at the yahoo account at my file. Thank you for your time.

    Does anyone else find it weird that Xbox considers itself a competitive gaming platform, but bans for trash talk? That it discourages the behavior that's shown in the games you play? Xbox Live has made really questionable choices in how to enforce what
    it considers to be "for everyone". You cannot trash talk, swear under any circumstances, talk back to someone trash talking you, or act human in general. While what's being attempted by enforcing the code of conduct seems like a good idea, is restricting the
    online play actually giving people more freedom? A blaring contradiction isn't a good way to do it, definitely. If anyone has anything to add, or points to bring up, I'd appreciate it. The main point of this post was to bring up the fact that MS has no problem
    leeching money from people, but doesn't bother trusting people to have the responsibility to not deform to a crying man-baby when someone says anything remotely offensive to any living human.

    Its sad how much mulitplayer gaming has changed on live over the years!
